Order & Delivery Information

dressups by Tina orders are currently taking approximately 1 week to process. Please note orders placed in week prior to closing for Christmas Holidays will not commencing processing until 11th January 2012 unless they are only for “In Stock” items.

If you require your order by a specific date, please note this in the order comments.   When your order is lodged, we will contact you if we expect delivery will take longer than the timeframe listed above or if we feel we cannot post an order by your required date.   All posting dates are an estimate only, as it is difficult to accurately predict processing times outside of 7 days.  If further delays occur due to unavailability of appropriate materials, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you an anticipated postal date (as we cannot control carrier delivery timeframes).

 

Holiday closures

dressups by Tina will be closed for Holidays from 21st June 2011 up to and including 10th July 2012.

Orders lodged before we close will continue to be processed in order of lodgement, until we close for holidays.  Orders may be lodged whilst we are closed, however they will not be processed until after we return on 11th July 2012.

 

Order Information

Most items are made to order and we carry very little stock.  For current Order Processing Timeframes please refer to the top of this page.

For popular items we may carry one or two sizes “In stock” .  This will be detailed in the product information for these products.  By making products to order we are able to make each item to suit your requirements and your child.  We can make alterations to style, size and colour as requested.  This also means that in busy periods orders will take longer to fill.

You are welcome to email us about availability and delivery times prior to placing an order.  It is helpful if you mention which items you are interested in, the date you need to receive them and your postcode for delivery when making all enquiries.  The more information you provide the easier it is to give you a detailed response.  Please include your email address as all contact is via email.

If an item is noted as “In Stock” in the product details, and only “In Stock” products are ordered we will post the order out by the next business day for your convenience.  Conditions that apply are: provided payment (as cleared funds) has been received and provided you are the first customer to order and pay for these goods.  “In Stock” items are standard sizes and alterations are not available to the product in any way.  For “In Stock” sheet sets the only change or additions we can make is to join the top and bottom sheets at one end.

Once an item is no longer “In Stock” we will delete the “In Stock” notation as quickly as possible, however we cannot prevent multiple customers ordering the same in stock item at the same time.  Should this occur we would contact you as quickly as possible so you can choose to continue with the order or receive a full refund.  The “In Stock” item would be allocated to the first customer who finalised both the order and payment (as cleared funds).

Orders for “In Stock” items cannot be sent out when we are closed for holidays, but will be sent out daily until we close, and again once we reopen.  “In Stock” items ordered by multiple customers whilst we are closed will go to the first customer who orders and finalises payment.

If you need your order urgently please let us know and choose express post.  Please note that the delivery timeframes listed at the top of this page will still apply to express orders.   If you are in the express post network your order should be delivered the next business day after posting.  For locations not in the next business day network express post will deliver your order as quickly as possible, often faster than normal delivery time frames.  Please refer to Australia Post for Next Business Day Network information.

Orders are usually sent to Australian locations and delivery overseas is only available to locations serviced by Australia Post and it’s international network.  Delivery to overseas locations will require additional postage to cover Australia Post overseas postage charges.

As an online shop customer contact is via email.  This is our preferred method of contact and enables us to keep our costs to a minimum.  In this way we can provide quality goods at affordable prices.

 

Holiday Closures and Christmas Orders

dressups by Tina closes through out the year during the Queensland school holidays and from mid December to mid January for Christmas holidays.  Holiday closures are noted on this page for your information.  During these times, orders may be placed but they will not be processed until after we reopen.  Orders will then be processed in the order they were placed once payment has been received.  If a large number of orders are received it may take several weeks before we can fill all holiday orders.  Please advise the date you hope to receive your order by when finalising your order.  If at all possible we try to assist, however this is not always possible if you order at the last minute.  In this situation express post is recommended.

In 2011 the Christmas order cut off date will be 31st October.  Please contact us to discuss time frames if ordering after this date for Christmas delivery.  Orders placed after this date will be filled before Christmas if time permits but we can’t guarantee this will occur.
